
The Golf Club Estates Water Association is a nonprofit corporation with the purpose of providing water to its Members; Priest Lake Golf Club Estates, Priest Lake Golf Club Estates First Addition, Priest Lake Golf Club Estates Second Addition, and any subsequent additions to the Priest Lake Golf Club Estates by maintaining, repairing, improving, expanding, and preserving the existing water system located at Priest Lake, Bonner County Idaho.
TANK UPDATE

"On December 6, 2024 we went live with our new water tanks. It was a long time in the making and of critical importance for our water association that we replace our original, aging and leaking water tank. With the new system we advise all homeowners to double check their water pressure. It could vary with elevation depending on where your home is located. A good rule of thumb is 60psi to 70psi. If your pressure is higher than 70psi, we suggest you consider adding an adjustable water pressure gauge to your home. With adjustable gauges you can set the pressure where you want it to be."
